You run the business.
We’ll fill the calendar.

Cold email, LinkedIn, and X, run together as one system. Most outbound shops stop at two. Your buyers are already on the third.

The situation

A quiet calendar has three usual fixes.

All three send you a bill. Founders cycle through them in roughly this order, and land in the same place each time.

  • Setup, warmup, list building, copy, deliverability. It takes the hours you needed for the product. You send forty emails at midnight, get one reply, and quit by week three.

  • They point a junior at a bought list and blast it. It lands in spam. Your sending reputation took years to earn and about a month to burn.

  • Seventy to eighty-five thousand on target earnings, plus three to six months of ramp before you know whether outbound even works for your offer. If it doesn't, you paid for the answer anyway.

All three end the same way.
Here is the fourth option.

Twelve sectors we already know the buyers in. If your sales cycle runs longer than a fortnight, we have run it before.

What we run

Three channels. One system.

The channels are the how. Booked calls are the what. You are buying the what.

  • EmailResearched sequences from dedicated, warmed domains. One person, one reason to reply.
  • LinkedInConnect, engage, then DM the decision makers you actually want.
  • XRareFounder-to-founder DMs where your buyers already spend the day. Almost nobody else runs it.
One system. One sequence.
One calendar filling up.
Every touch knows what the other two said.
Underneath all three: dedicated domains, never your primary · warm-up first · SPF, DKIM, DMARC · slow ramp · placement watched daily · backup domains warming.Hover a channel for the one-liner. See everything that’s included →

The system

OutboundOS

Five stages, one system, from ideal customer to booked meeting.

  1. Target

Decide who is worth talking to

We agree who is genuinely worth talking to, then build the account list against real fit signals. Fit first, volume second. A short list of the right companies beats a long list of the wrong ones every time.

  2. Source

Find them, verify them, find the reason

Every contact gets a verified email, a direct dial where one exists, and a reason to be contacted this week rather than someday. No bought data, ever.

  3. Craft

Write it, then get your yes

We write the sequences for each segment and you sign off on the first ones before anything sends. After that we iterate on whatever is actually getting replies. The test stays the same: if you would not reply to it, it does not go out.

  4. Send

    Three channels, one warmed system

Email, LinkedIn, and X run together from dedicated domains we have already warmed. Your primary domain never sends a cold message, so the worst case is a throwaway domain we bought for the job.

  5. Book

Calls land, and you hear from me weekly

Qualified replies land on your calendar. Every week you get a short written update: what is working, what we changed, what is next. No dashboard archaeology required.

What this looks like when it runs

Two quotes in, case studies still to come. Nothing gets invented on this page, so the numbers stay blank until you send them.

Sample figures for layout only. Everything in orange is placeholder text, not a real result. Replace before this page goes anywhere near a prospect.

I didn’t have the time to work out cold email properly, and I wasn’t ready to hire for it. SalDev built the system, they run it, and I just turn up to the calls.

Pricing

You pay for meetings, not months.

One build fee, then $250 per qualified meeting and 10% of what those meetings close. No retainer, so there is no monthly invoice arriving whether the pipeline moved or not. Final scope gets set on a twenty-minute call.

One time

Build & launch

Everything set up, warmed, written and sending.

from$1,500once

Two setups. Pick by channel mix:

Email setup, $1,500 once. Cold email only. 10 sending domains and 30 inboxes, bought in your name and warmed.

Multichannel setup, $2,500 once. Email, LinkedIn and X together. 25 domains and 75 inboxes, plus one LinkedIn profile and one X profile run for you.

What the build covers:

Then, per meeting and per deal

No monthly retainer. After the build, you pay when a qualified meeting lands on your calendar, and a share of the revenue those meetings close. Nothing else.

After launchYou pay
Per held, qualified meeting$250
On deals those meetings close10% of first-year value
Monthly fee$0

A meeting counts only if it fits the ICP we agreed and the prospect shows up. If someone no-shows we chase the rebook: attend within 14 days and it is billable, otherwise you are not invoiced. Prospects outside the agreed profile are never billed, and you can reject a meeting within 5 business days if it clearly misses the written criteria. The 10% is on first-year contract value for deals that close within 12 months of the meeting, paid monthly as you collect the cash; if a customer churns or refunds inside 90 days, it comes back off the next invoice.

Domains, inboxes, and tools are bought in your name and we carry their running cost after the build, so there is no monthly bill. You own the domains, lists, copy and playbook from day one.

The questions that come up on every call

Your calendar is too quiet. Let’s fix that.

Twenty minutes. We map your ICP and sketch your first play. If we don’t think outbound will work for your offer, we’ll tell you on the call, and you keep the target profile and the angles either way.
